Promise Place Programs & Services
An individual who has been abused or victimized by crime often experiences a variety of physical and/or emotional reactions that occur as a result of this trauma. Being a victim can create feelings of vulnerability, confusion and isolation.

Promise Place gives you hope.

While one of the more prevalent crimes in our community is child abuse and neglect, particularly child sexual abuse, we can help those who have been affected by other forms of sexual violence, assault, suicide, homicide, domestic violence, elder abuse, and robbery.

If you are the victim of a crime, you may have to cope with challenges you never expected to face. You may have been wounded, lost a loved one, or lost property you can't afford to replace. You may be overwhelmed by fear or anger. And you may not know where to turn for help. Promise Place can help you figure out what steps to take and what choices you may need to make. Victim services are provided FREE OF CHARGE and designed to respond to crime victims' mental, physical, financial, social, emotional and spiritual needs.

No one was ever meant to handle being a victim by themselves.
It's natural to reach out for help through the healing process.
